As recognised by The Sunday Times Ireland and WorkL

We’re incredibly proud to share that Future Street has been officially recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Places to Work 2025, as published by The Sunday Times Ireland in partnership with leading employee experience platform, WorkL.

This national recognition celebrates the top employers across the country who are creating workplaces where people feel engaged and supported. We’re thrilled to be counted among them.

The results are based on a comprehensive survey designed by WorkL, using a science-backed framework to measure six key elements of employee experience:

  • Reward & Recognition
  • Instilling Pride
  • Information Sharing
  • Empowerment
  • Wellbeing
  • Job Satisfaction

To be recognised, organisations must consistently perform at a high level across all six categories, and we’re proud to have done just that.

At Future Street, we have always aimed to create a culture where collaboration, support and respect are part of our DNA. Whether we’re working side-by-side in the office or across time zones in different corners of Europe.

This award is a reflection of our team. It belongs to each person who brings energy, creativity, and care to their work every day.

Of the win, Garrett, our CEO commented “We are honoured to be named as one of the best places to work by The Sunday Times in partnership with WorkL, this recognition highlights the fantastic work being done on the ground, whether that’s our Engineers in our operations hubs or our fantastic Sales and Operations team, knowing that everyone feels a sense of pride in working at Future Street is a big win for us”

Lord Mark Price, Founder of WorkL, said:  “Many Congratulations to the 2025 Sunday Times Ireland Best Places to Work, powered by WorkL. The recognised organisations lead the way in employee experience and will now benefit from improved retention and recruitment for the year ahead. WorkL is proud to power these awards and support organisations to measure employee experience and to retain and recruit the very best employees.”

A huge thank you to all the Future Street team who made this recognition possible.
